Had the joy of enjoying the “best of Kandy cuisine” with “amazing rates” at this resort. The well-maintained property had a lovely garden and pool area. The staff provided “unmatched and unique Kandyan hospitality”.
Loved how the pool was not clean and the bugs were everywhere in the public area. So delightful.

During my recent business trip to Kandy, I had the pleasure of staying at Airavata Boutique Resort, which was chosen by my director. I must say that this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The first thing that impressed me was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. the recreational amenities at this hotel are top-notch. I made sure to take full advantage of the outdoor pool and fitness center, which were a great way to unwind after a long day of meetings. I highly recommend indulging in these facilities to enhance your stay at Airavata Boutique Resort.
The only recommendation I would have for the hotel is to have more lounge-type chairs outside with cushions.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful and serene property just outside the city center. the staff at Airavata Boutique Resort were so kind and made our last few days in Sri Lanka truly memorable. Dominic and the entire team were friendly and easy to ask for assistance. the property was impeccably clean, and the cook prepared delicious curries that were a true culinary delight. As a special touch, they even made a cake to celebrate my birthday. the staff went above and beyond in helping us with our send-off back to the States. the property is perfect for families, and the bathtub was heavenly. I can't say enough great things about Airavata Boutique Resort - it was perfect!
Nothing, all good! 😊.

The room was clean and the shower was nice. the location was great for exploring the city and there was a good breakfast spread every morning with fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order. Plus, the staff were always friendly and helpful.
The pool area was not well-maintained and there were a lot of mosquitos and bugs around. the reception staff seemed annoyed whenever we asked for something and the hotel was difficult to find at first.

I had a truly wonderful stay at a beautifully refurbished colonial villa. The room was absolutely perfect, equipped with everything I needed for complete comfort. The highlight was the candlelit Christmas Eve dinner in the gardens - a truly magical experience. The breakfast was excellent too. The location was convenient, with easily accessible tuk tuks to Kandy. I highly recommend this resort for a delightful and relaxing getaway.

The hotel had spacious rooms with good shower facilities and clean linens. The breakfast had a variety of options and tasted great. It was located in a quite serene location and had a good view of the surrounding area. They offered a complimentary bottle of water each day and had a responsive reception desk.
The pool water was not very clean and had bugs and mosquitos all around. The staff seemed quite inexperienced and didn't greet us with much enthusiasm.

The rooms at Airavata Boutique Resort are simply amazing. They combine the elegance of Kandyan tradition with modernity, creating a beautiful and comfortable space. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like premium bedding and air conditioning. I felt like I was in a luxurious home away from home.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bidet in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful resort. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were luxurious and well-designed, and the food was delicious. The resort was also clean and the bathroom was perfect. It was a great escape from the buzz and congestion of Kandy, and although the pool was a bit chilly, it was still beautiful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kandy.
Cannot find any fault.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect - tucked away in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff here are exceptional, always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to tea and coffee making facilities. The sitting area and dressing area added an extra touch of comfort. The in-room safe gave us peace of mind, and the patio was a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The free toiletries and hair dryer were a nice touch, and the television with its am/fm alarm clock and CD player provided entertainment. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury.
